Reporting Issues

Buyers should report non-delivery or unavailability for collection once the estimated or actual delivery/collection date has passed. Reports must be made no later than 30 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery/collection date.

Faulty Items or Mismatched Listings

For faulty watches or items that do not align with the listing, we gladly accept returns for a full refund or replacement, based on the buyer’s preference.
